If you do not need assistance and would like to return the purchased product, you may do so within 10 calendar days from the date in which you received it.

Your item must have a RA # (Return Authorization). Please call us toll free within the United States 1-877-353-8244 or email us at infor@nufletch.com to receive the RA. We would like to know why you are dissatisfied so please prepare to share that with us. We will not make getting an RA a lengthy process but do understand we want to learn from your experience. We will apply what we learn to make our products better.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or initial method of payment). You will receive the credit within the allotted days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
